An approach for Digital Administration for Viksit Bharat 2047

India aims to become a developed nation by 2047 with the Prime Minister Modi's vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. One of the key pillars towards the mission of cPomplete development is Digital India and digital India mission cannot be considered successful unless our administrations become complete digital.
Chalo Mobility Private Limited is a company that is working towards the mission of Digital India with its Chalo app adopted by multiple city municipal transportation authorities of India. BEST (Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport) and using Chalo applications you can make concession passes from any locations in the world. Chalo actually provide platform for mobility operators through which you can actually purchase tickets, find your bus and can also apply for concession passes and being at your home you can apply for your pass and it will be approved transportation body and you can pay to have pass. If your uploaded document is unreadable or incorrect that specific document is asked to be reuploaded and once verified you can get your passes.
India is also working on a futuristic city of Dholera and the attraction point of the city will be ABCD (Administrative and Business Centre of Dholera). ABCD will be a dedicated building for all administrative works from fire to water and business to citizens documents processing with the aim to boost ease-of-living and ease-of-doing business in the city.
Passport Seva Kendra a joint office of the Ministry of External Affairs and the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is a digital platform that provides passport services to citizens. On this platform Indian Citizens can apply for passport by filling details, uploading documents and choosing the nearest PSK for the appointment. Once the appointment is scheduled, the applicant is supposed to visit the Passport Seva Kendra where the security officials check the appointment, followed by allotment of verification desk and verification of document and biometric led by TCS official. Then, applicant is sent to Junior MEA official for verification followed by verification by Senior MEA official and after PSK sent details to nearest police station the police verify the documents and details and after all processes Passport is printed and sent to applicant address.
Dastaavej Assistance has adapted features of all of them and it is the project to take the entire document producing process from a remote location (Document at Home). Dastaavej Assistance, is a portal in which an applicant can create a unique account on the administration page, in which the applicant will/can submit all the common documents and details required to produce most of the documents and after registration application will immediately receive a unique I'd. Later, when applicants need to produce any document, they do have to provide the additional details and documents required for the document and not available in applicants previously filled data. This will catalyse the process and for a region (region which implemented this) it will help in growing ease-of-living and ease-of-doing-business standards.
This was from the applicant part now, coming to the admin/administration part. To maintain the credibility of the process the administrative verification will be three layered + police verification optional layer. Three layers of this will be junior official verification followed by senior official verification and then super senior official verification followed by police verification(optional). If there is some error in details filled in registration or application the specific correction could be mentioned for applicant and then specific correction window will be visible on applicant dashboard to correct and re-upload and then the correction part will again follow the three/four level verification. As many details and documents will be pre-checked and verified on every application the applicant will have to fill only additional ones and admins will have to verify only additional ones. After approvals the documents can be sent to email/mobile number or it can be sent to dashboard and notification can be made by email/mobile number. To make the process more transparent document uploading process can be linked to Digilocker which provide verified document issued by the issuing body.
Also, there are many big regions serving with only one office making the applicant part hectic to travel once or twice and in some cases four to five times for longer distances. Also, making this online can bring transparency as every action can be recorded also many times administrative officials get irritated with continuous communication and heavy work load and this solution even addresses it.

It is just explanation prototype version as cloud storege was not available to user the documents are being asked as link(could be google drive link) however, in the administrative model it should be the proper document softcopy(scanned/clicked by camera or PDF version) unless Digilocker part is updated. Prototype is only made to demonstrate model so, the admin part is kept private to developer system so that, tester(if original details filled) details are not comprimized
